Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Every home is different, so your quote is based on the details you share and may be adjusted, with your agreement, if the home's size or condition differs from what was described. A booking is confirmed only when we both agree on the date, scope and price.

Services

The cleaning tasks listed on this website describe a typical visit. The exact scope of your service is the one we confirm with you before your first visit. Our cleaners are background-checked and we carry insurance.

Scheduling, skipping and cancelling

You can skip, reschedule or change your plan by contacting us ahead of your visit. Notice periods and any late-cancellation terms are confirmed in writing when you book.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not happy with an area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we'll come back to re-clean that area at no charge.

Home access and safety

If you give us a key or door code, we keep it secure and use it only for scheduled visits. Please let us know about pets, alarms, fragile or high-value items and any safety concerns before your visit.

WhatsApp and messages

When you message us on WhatsApp, we'll reply about your quote, appointments and service. WhatsApp's own terms apply to your use of WhatsApp. Tell us any time if you'd like us to stop messaging you.

Using this website

Please don't misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false information or send spam through our forms. The content, logo and design of this website belong to Crystal Clean House Cleaning and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
